第一步:导入

竞赛:播放一段有关天文学中太阳系的录像。(录象在本单元教案设计后的“背景资料”内所提供的网站上可以找到。)( T: Watch a short video and get down some points, and then we’ll have a competition .)

邀请两个学生做主持和一个公证人上来主持竞赛。让学生分成四组,并用太阳系的九大行星的名字来为自己的组来命名。竞赛分成两部分:一个是判断正误,另一个是选择题。

英语技能整合课的竞赛题目:

I. T or F sentences:

第二步:快速阅读:叫学生快速阅读Using language中的课文P30并判断正误。

第五步:四人小组讨论并作报告

四人小组就以下两个问题展开讨论,然后请若干小组代表向全班汇报讨论结果。在小组代表向全班汇报讨论结果时,要求学生记下要点。教师在黑板上写下典型例词和句型。

第六步:写前热身

学生在学习写作前进行Brainstorming,积累写作时需要的表达个人观点和看法的词汇和句型(前文已经列出部分典型例词和句型)。

 

第七步: 限时写作

写一篇去月球旅行的文章。(时间允许则堂上完成,否则作为作业。)

第八步:布置作业

上网或到图书馆搜集有关Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, and Stephen Hawking的资料。
